  •    Resume preparation is very essential when seeking for a good job. Most human resource department requires for the employee to prepare his or her resume in a standared and current format. A bad and poor organisation of resume limits the employee's chances of getting the job, even if the employee is very competent and experienced for the job.A typical résumé contains a summary of relevant job experience and education. The résumé is typically one of the first items, along with a cover letter and sometimes job application packet, that a potential employer encounters regarding the job seeker and is typically used to screen applicants, often followed by an interview, when seeking employment. The résumé is comparable to a curriculum vitae in many countries, although in Canada and United States it is substantially different.

Steps To Prepare A Good Resume
    • A resume should direct a reader's attention to the aspects of a person's background that are directly relevant to a particular position in the company.
    • A resume should marketize the applicant's technical knowhow and skill about the job requirements.
    • A resume should be accompanied with a good cover letter relevant to the resume.
    • A resume should list the applicant's recent job experiences and a reference to the previous jobs.
The above steps should be fair enough to start a good resume.
